Grinsfelder Associates developed this new, 15,000 square foot facility in collaboration with Schenkel Construction, Inc. as a design-build project. The new location will replace two of OMSA’s current facilities and will also serve as a central hub for their administration staff. The main level of the facility contains twelve operatories, six recovery rooms, and a welcoming lobby with a soothing water feature. The patient circulation pattern allows patients to enter the building through the lobby, but exit the facility through an alternate checkout point. The patient exit includes a covered pick-up area to provide protection from the elements. The lower level of the facility contains office and storage space, employee locker rooms, and meeting space.
