Grinsfelder Associates Architects has been publishing custom Holiday Cards since 2010. The first card included a hand-drawn rendering of our offices in West Central. Each successive card has featured a project in the Grinsfelder Associates portfolio, including the WFWA offices and studios, Afdent, and the Renaissance Pointe YMCA.
For 2022, we’re featuring a new facility for Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates.
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates developed their new, 15,000 square foot facility in collaboration with Grinsfelder Associates as a replacement for two facilities that were small and outdated. In addition to providing a new, state-of-the-art surgical facility, the building also acts as a central hub for OMSA’s administration staff. The main level contains twelve operatories, six recovery rooms, and a welcoming lobby featuring a soothing water feature. The lower level includes office and storage space, employee locker rooms, and meeting space.
